Wellim's Way

Wellim’s Way is ideally located in the centre of Brussels in a quiet street, 30 minutes from all places of interest in Brussels. The guest house is very easy to reach  by car, metro or train. We are situated 7 minutes walk from Midi station, 20 minutes walk from the “Grand Place”, 30 minutes by train from Zaventem airport.

Directions:

From Zaventem airport: a train station is situated under Brussels airport. It takes approximately 30 minutes from the airport to get to the Midi station (ticket costs 3,00 €) when you arrive at Midi Station, follow the instructions below “on foot”.

From Charleroi airport: in front of Charleroi airport take the shuttle bus (ticket costs 10,50 €). It takes around 45 minutes. The bus stop ”Rue de France” is located in front of the Midi station. Then you need to cross the whole station to reach the opposite exit (rue Fonsny), and follow the instructions below “on foot”.

From Midi station: follow the exit panel “rue Fonsny”. When at the exit, follow the instructions below “on foot”.

From Metro/Tram/Bus: wherever you are in town, you need to use the underground Metro, Tram or Bus direction “Midi station” stop. At the station, always take the exit “rue Fonsny” and follow the instructions below “on foot”.

By foot: from “Midi Station”, take the exit “rue Fonsny” opposite the arrivals from the Eurostar or the Thalys. Cross “rue Fonsny”, turn right and take the second on your left. You should be in “rue de Suède”. Go into the street and at the first crossroads, turn right into “rue de Mérode” and after three blocks, you reach number 162 (next to the chemist).

By car: If you come by car, you should not encounter any traffic jams. Take the  WEST RING, exit ANDERLECHT INDUSTRIEL. Down from the highway follow the road until crossroads with traffic lights, turn left into “Boulevard Industriel”, keep going on the same road until major crossroads (just after a Philips building on your right) with the street “rue de Vétérinaires”. There turn right, it goes under a tunnel, keep going. At the end of the tunnel, there is a traffic light. At the traffic light go straight on and take the first left. You are in “rue de Mérode”. The house is on the right, next to the chemist, number 162.
